Well, I’m a day late and a dollar short on this review, but I’m going to forgive myself and so should you, ’cause folks, your humble scribe has been Stampedin’.

Severely diminished in capacity, I’m going to keep this brief and let the pictures tell the stories. Maybe in a couple of days I’ll attempt a post about Stampede in general.
In short, Paisley played to a crowd amped by the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth in an arena that just two days earlier hosted the man in black – Garth Brooks. He brought a youthful approach with his Virtual Reality Tour, including a giant-headed live Paisley bobble-head and a hologram of Carrie Underwood to duet with him during their hit Remind Me.
Then there was the ever important sporting of the hockey jersey (which is the only time you’ll see a Flames’ jersey on MusicQwest). Alright, that’s it – Betty Ford is calling my name.
